For the 34th edition of BIAF, we present a marble portrait of Orazio Carlo Pucci, carved in Rome in 1824 by Francesco Pozzi, a fascinating sculptor poised between the Canovian tradition and Bartolini’s naturalism.
Another tribute to Florence: to one of its sculptors and to one of the city’s distinguished citizens.
